Here are some reasons why people prefer online rather Store: Today we talk to shopper’s as per their experience many say the online shopping experience is better than in-store when it comes to specific aspects of shopping:

·    Better navigation: Almost 60-70% people prefer online what they are looking for and around 30-40% people tells they go store for them.

·    Better Pricing and deals: Many people prefer online shopping because of the deal they get online and this is one of the main reason people prefer online.

·    Better recommendations and suggestions: Some people prefer because of the suggestion they get what to buy with the help AI and machine learning used by online.
 In other words, people feel online shopping makes it easier for them to find what they get at same place.

Conclusion: While as per today scenario no doubt online shopping increasing continuously, but it also true people looking for both online & offline. Ultimately, people are looking to meet their needs in the most efficient way possible, whether it is shopping online or researching online before heading to the store.
