Communicate your intentions clearly and honestly to inspire people and make them realize the future benefits them.

Begin with low-cost investments that have the potential for broad impact throughout your business.  implementing small change time to time until you can validate that your new systems work effectively. Analyze successful activities and identify what went well and what needs improvement.
Ask your customers for the input throughout the change management process. Acknowledge customers for sharing feedback & reviews. See changes impact day-to-day operations, and adjust procedures and any planned changes to minimize work disruptions.
Produce a summary report so that you can apply what you have learned about change management to future change management activities. Prevent mistakes made in implementation from happening again.
